EF-3 Tornado Confirmed in Deer Park-Pasadena
Houston, TX - A tornado watch is in effect for much of Southeast Texas until 10 pm. Strong storms are expected to arrive late Thursday afternoon.
AccuWeather has wrapped up live coverage of the severe storms that struck the Houston area and other parts of the Gulf Coast.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has confirmed that the Deer Park-Pasadena tornado will be preliminarily rated EF3 with an estimated maximum path length of 1.5 miles. An EF-1 tornado also struck a Houston suburb early Wednesday, according to the NWS.
